AIROC-CRM
US staffing and consultancy CRM — hiring lifecycle tools for recruiters, from sourcing through client and compliance work.
Frontend Developer — React product UI for staffing workflows
Overview
AIROC-CRM is built for US staffing and consultancy teams that run the full hiring loop in one place: find candidates, parse resumes, schedule interviews, manage clients, and keep compliance visibility without bouncing between disconnected tools. The product leans on guided workflows and live reporting so recruiters spend less time chasing status and more time placing people.
Problem
Staffing desks often juggle sourcing, scheduling, client updates, and compliance in separate systems. When those pieces don’t talk, recruiters lose time, miss follow-ups, and make decisions on stale data.
Solution
I focused on the React front end — building the screens that make daily hiring work faster, wiring them to REST APIs with the backend team, and keeping the UI responsive across devices so the same flows work at a desk or on the move.
Modules
Candidate sourcing
Surfaces that help recruiters find and track candidates through early pipeline stages.
Resume parsing
UI around parsed resume data so profiles land in the pipeline with less manual re-entry.
Interview scheduling
Scheduling flows that keep interview steps visible and coordinated for recruiters and candidates.
Client management
Client-facing records and handoffs so staffing teams stay aligned with consultancy accounts.
Compliance tracking
Views that surface compliance status alongside hiring progress instead of burying it offline.
Platform features
- Guided workflows across the hiring lifecycle
- Real-time operational views for recruiter decisions
- AI-assisted insights where the product surfaces recommendations
- Responsive layout for desktop and mobile staffing work
Technology
Results
Technical highlights
- Built reusable React components so new hiring screens stay consistent with the design system
- Integrated front-end views with REST APIs in lockstep with backend developers
- Used Redux where shared staffing state had to stay predictable across modules
- Tuned responsiveness and load behaviour so heavy lists still feel usable on weaker devices
